George Wilson, Principal at Hillcrest Christian Academy

As Principal, George Wilson believes the Lord has placed an amazing opportunity in front of him to not only be able to impact students academically and socially, but more importantly, on a spiritual level.

For over 20 years, George has remained committed to Christian education. He has been blessed to work in many facets of the educational process working with students in grades K – 12 and preparing him to pursue
excellence for God’s glory at Hillcrest Christian Academy. He is currently certified through ACSI as an All Levels Principal as well as a Secondary Educator. It is George’s prayer that every student who walks through the front doors of HCA will personally experience the
life-changing truth of the Gospel.

Academy Director Zachary Rozgonyi (roz-GON-ee) has spent most of his life attending South Hills Assembly of God.

In 2004, during the annual Youth Fall Retreat, while serving as a youth leader, he realized God’s call to ministry. While still unsure of the specifics of this call, this event led him to change the trajectory of his education and pursue ministry degrees. He holds a Master of Divinity degree and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree from Liberty University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double-major in Christian Ministries and Philosophy from Geneva College. Pastor Zach teaches high school Bible at the Academy and oversees the spiritual growth of the school.

Carly Klein, Counselor at Hillcrest Christian Academy

As Director of Guidance & Admissions, Carly Klein joined the HCA team in 2016. After graduating with a Master of Science degree in counseling, she spent the next 10+ years working at Christian schools in both Florida and Pennsylvania.

As a lifelong Christian school student, Carly truly believes in the value and heart behind places like Hillcrest, and has spent most of her career seeking to advance the mission of Christian education.

While overseeing the areas of scheduling, standardized testing, and college and career counseling, she also works closely with prospective families as they navigate the steps of our admissions process. This year, Carly will also be functioning as our Social Media Manager, providing our social media followers with a glimpse into the daily life at Hillcrest.

Development Director Alan Ciechanowski joined HCA in 2009, tasked with fundraising, marketing, student recruitment, and communications within the school.

He and his committee host our golf fundraisers, galas and auctions, and our annual 5K EaglesWalk. In addition, Alan oversees the school website and social media presence, provides operational support for the Principal, RenWeb training for the staff, and he plugs in wherever and whenever he needs to.
