Donating to Hillcrest Christian Academy

artclass

If you have a heart for Christian education, or for the safety of children, please prayerfully consider making a tax-deductible donation to Hillcrest Christian Academy.

Tuition alone does not cover the many needs inherent in operating a private school.  Without the generosity of good people with a burden on their heart to help, many of our upgrades, improvements, and programs would not be possible.  Partner with us in our mission of providing an excellent academic curriculum, a winning athletic tradition, and a safe, nurturing environment in which children can learn.

You may designate your gift for one of the specific needs below, or make a general donation which we will use in the area of greatest need.  Make all checks payable to HCA and mail to 2500 Bethel Church Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102.  Please call our Development Director at 412-854-4040 with any questions.

  • $30,000---Sidewalk Replacement.   Current sidewalk is a tripping hazard, and ice hazard in winter.  New sidewalk would extend from cafeteria to playground-side parking lot.
  • $3000---Yearbook co-sponsorships.  Will pay 1/3 of the cost of yearbook production.
  • $2,800---Sports Banquet sponsorship.  Will underwrite the cost of the sports banquet.
  • $2,400---Radio Advertising Sponsorship. (We are part of a consortium of Christian schools that receive 40 ads/wk on WORD for 14 months.)
  • $2000---Textbook co-sponsorhips. Will pay for 1/6 the cost of replacement textbooks.
  • $1000---Speaker system for school-wide announcements and emergency notifications
  • $1000---Technology and computer upgrades
  • $70 Each---Cricut Cartridges (These are used to cut out die-cuts for hundreds of school projects.  There are 25 that would be very useful for the school.)
  • $500—Library Supplies to repair, cover, and catalogue books.
  • As you are led—Scholarships.  Monies donated here will be used to benefit families struggling to make their tuition.
  • As you are led--Library books.   Books are expensive and the budget is used up very quickly.
  • As you are led—Art supplies.  There is always a need to purchase more art supplies than the budget allows.

If a particular item speaks to your heart, and yet you cannot afford the entire amount, remember that partial gifts are just as appreciated.  Every gift is a blessing to our children which will bless you in return.  Thank you.
