New Enrollment

If you would like to know more about HCA and want to enroll your child, these steps should be followed:

1. Fill out the Student Enrollment Application.

2. Call the school office 412.854.4040 to arrange for an interview and tour of our facilities. Please bring the Student Enrollment Application.

3. The interview will be conducted with at least one parent (both are preferred) and the child to be enrolled. We expect to work as partners with you and your child in the educational process. The interview will be a time for sharing information that will help us determine if we can meet your child's educational need.

4. If we are both in agreement that HCA can meet the needs of your child, the next step is to fill out the necessary forms. A non-refundable registration fee is required with the application.

We would be honored to serve your family by partnering with you in preparing you child spiritually, socially, and academically. If you are considering HCA for your educational choice, you are welcome to visit us at any time. I look forward to sharing all of the wonderful features our school has to offer.

ReEnrollment

For re-enrollment a Parental Authorization Agreement and an Application for Re-enrollment Form must be completed for each student and returned with the appropriate fee.

The late fee for the 2009-2010 school year is $150 per student.
